The Skischule Fiss-Ladis track record is intertwined with its high competence in ski eduction. The Kinderland with its mascot Berta are trademarks for child-appropriate teaching of ski theory as well as practise.

Looking back: even in the early 80s there was a small Kinderland. The ski school grew quickly during the 1990s, and the Kinderland was expanded at the Pedrus lift. It was state-of-the-art for its time, featuring a kids' barn, a stage and many teaching aids. Due to the growing reputation of being an excellent ski school for children, the premises were soon bursting at the seams.

In order to live up to future guest demands, it was decided in 2002 to move the Kinderland to Poschi –  and so Europe's largest Kinderland at the time was created! 12 conveyor belt lifts, a Kids' Centre, a separate children's restaurant, a merry-go-round, a large stage and many great teaching aides make learning how to ski a breeze for all children. In the years following, the popular Indianerland with its own western town was added to the Ladis slope.

Unforgettable Family Holdiays

The Ski School Fiss-Ladis has invested greatly in the expansion of the children's programme.

In 2003 it was decided that the Guest Kindergarten needed to be remodeled to keep up with modern standards and demands, and to be suitable for children as young as 3-years-of-age. Fiss has, together with partner resorts Ladis and Serfaus, developed into a popular family holiday destination. To entertain our young snow daredevils the skiing region also offers (in addition to the two Kinderlands) themed trails, a kids' funpark, a children's restaurant and of course many child-friendly accommodations. Welcome to your unforgettable family holiday in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis!
