The ski school Fiss-Ladis is an international Team which counts approximately 170 permanent workers from Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Australia, Japan etc. During the main season our team has about 300 ski instructors, who care for about 2000 guests. To coordinate a team of such a dimension, a highly qualified management team is required.
